Territorial Coaching Program Meeting

United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa) and the NGO “Echos Communication” held a meeting to discuss their program devoted to Territorial Coaching.

The meeting took place on June the 2^nd, 2014 within the headquarters of UCLG Africa in Rabat, Morocco.

This program was developed by UCLG Africa in collaboration with the Belgian NGO “Echos Communication” in order to encourage a structured dialogue between the different stakeholders and to overcome the obstacles hindering the relations between them due mainly to human behaviors.
