The 4th World Forum on Local Economic development was held for the first time in Africa, in Praia, Cape Verde, from 17 to 20 October 2017. The theme of this edition was “local Voices, local Actions, global agendas”. In this video, the Secretary General of UCLG Africa, Mr Jean Pierre Elong Mbassi, gives his impressions on the importance of this forum.
