General Assembly

The General Assembly is UCLG Africa’s highest decision-making body and is empowered to act in all matters concerning the political orientation, the strategies of intervention, and the activities of the organization. It meets every 3 years in an ordinary session to elected the office bearers of the organisation bodies. He decided on the modification of the constitution and on the location of the headquarters of the organisation. He also decided on the dissolution of the organisation, and in this case the use of the assets of the organisation
