    The Financial Management Committee is composed of five members (one from each region of Africa). It assists the Executive Committee in overseeing the financial management of the organisation, specifically in approving the budget and annual financial statements prepared by the General Secretariat, as well as approving the audited accounts and granting discharge to the General Secretary for his annual financial management.
