OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS – Design, Development and Implementation of Website Portal
The United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG-A) is the umbrella organization and the united voice representative of local government in Africa.The institution gathers 40 national associations of local governments from all regions of Africa as well as the 2000 cities that have more than 100,000 inhabitants. Therefore, through its membership, UCLG-A represents nearly 350 million Africans citizens.
UCLG Africa intends to invite tender submissions from qualified, Microsoft certified, registered Firms specialising in Information Management Systems. UCLG-A requires a service provider to plan, design, build, and support the implementation of an Intranet/Extranet system that provides a more effective communication platform and services to members and the general public via the website in line with its mandate. The new system should be informative, engaging, interactive, user friendly and eye catching, as well as attractive and professional in aesthetics and must clearly communicate the objectives of the UCLG-A.
