United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa) launched the first issue of its monthly newsletter on Wednesday 10 August 2016.

The main story of this issue is the message of the Secretary General of UCLG Africa, Mr. Jean Pierre Elong Mbassi on the occasion of the celebration of the 5thedition of the African Day of Decentralization and Local Development (ADDLD).

We also give a voice to our members and partners in the sections: ‘UCLG-A Members”, “UCLG–A Partners”.
