The African Real Estate Summit: Developing future Cities

The African Real Estate Summit is an international platform that brings together the full spectrum of the African real estate sector.

The Summit will assist African cities and governments in securing new international investment for economic development based around commercial real estate and infrastructure projects that will contribute to Urban Development Plans.

This transactional deal-making hub is aimed at providing an opportunity for investors, developers, landowners and the cities themselves to conduct business, sign contracts and develop the future cities of Africa. Alongside the Urban Development Plan City Showcase sessions, the two-day high- level conference will provide insight, guidance and training to African cities to attract and negotiate international finance and investment.

The African Real Estate Summit will take place on 7 – 8 November 2016 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), Cape Town, South Africa.

The summit is expecting to host various profiles of attendees ranging from Governments Officials (City Directors, Ministers…), Cities and Local Authorities, Developers (Retail, Infrastructure…), business services (Contractors, Lawyers, Town Planners…), and investors and so on.
