The very first African Forum for the Social and Solidarity Economy (FORA’ESS) is the pan-African event that the actors present in Dakar decided to launch to bring together, every two years, the actors of the social and solidarity economy ( ESS), local and national governments, international organizations, private sector actors, universities and research centers.
